Annuity Fund Plan Amendment regarding the term Spouse
Effective September 16, 2013, the Board of Trustees have determined to amend the Annuity Plan pursuant to Section 4.8 to define the term "Spouse". The following new Section 1.17 shall be added to Article 1 of the Plan, and subsequent sections shall be re-numbered accordingly.
Section 1.17 "Spouse" or "spouse" means a person whom the Participant is legally married under federal tax law.
