COBRA premium rate change effective July 1, 2011
Please be advised that effective July 1, 2011 monthly COBRA permiums will change as follows:
Single Plan CORE ONLY - $434
Single Plan CORE PLUS - $477
Family Plan CORE ONLY - $1,174
Family Plan CORE PLUS - $1,289
For participants who have pre-paid their COBRA permiums, a letter advising of the cost difference will be forthcoming under a separate cover.
