COBRA premium rate change effective July 1, 2012
Please be advised that effective July 1, 2012 monthly COBRA premiums will change as follows:
Single Plan CORE ONLY - $495
Single Plan CORE PLUS - $541
Family Plan CORE ONLY - $1,337
Family Plan CORE PLUS - $1,462
For participants who have pre-paid their COBRA premiums, a letter advising of the cost difference will be forthcoming under a separate cover.
